Refund policy

This refund policy applies to reservations and payments made through the Click & Rent platform for bicycle or e-bike rentals.

1. Applicability

This policy applies only to bicycle rentals through our platform. By placing a reservation, you agree to our terms and conditions, including this refund policy.

2. Refund terms

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • There is a duplicate payment or billing error
  • The bicycle was defective or unavailable at the start of the rental period
  • The reservation could not proceed due to a technical failure on our part
  • In case of cancellation within the time frame allowed by the cancellation policy (if applicable)

All refund requests are assessed on an individual basis. Click & Rent reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at its sole discretion.

3. Requesting a refund

You may contact us within 7 days of the reserved rental date for a refund request. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or transaction information
  • A clear description of the problem

4. Processing time

If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, it may delay processing your request.

6. Changes to this policy

Click & Rent reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time. We encourage you to check this page periodically for updates.
